What file formats do you accept for print and production?
We recommend print-ready PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 files with 3mm bleed on all edges, CMYK color space, and 300 DPI resolution. For logos and vector artwork, Adobe Illustrator (.AI), EPS, or SVG with all fonts converted to outlines.
Can I request physical pre-production samples before mass manufacturing?
Yes. For custom packaging, apparel, and major print runs, we can provide a physical pre-press proof or stitched garment sample for your tactile approval prior to full production.
What are your standard turnaround times?
Standard commercial printing typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Custom apparel and promotional merchandise take 7 to 10 days. Expedited rush production is available upon request for urgent events and launches.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver across all counties in Kenya via dedicated courier networks and ship across East Africa (Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia) via DHL Express and regional freight partners.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept M-Pesa (Buy Goods / Paybill), Bank Wire Transfers (EFT/RTGS), Visa, Mastercard, and corporate LPO / invoicing terms for approved enterprise accounts.
