When you submit an inquiry, quote request, project brief, or purchase standard products from our storefront, we collect information including your name, corporate email address, telephone number, organization name, delivery address, and project specifications.

2. Protection of Artwork & IP

All design files, trademarks, event agendas, and draft publications shared with QWCK remain the exclusive intellectual property of your organization. We will never share, sell, or disclose pre-release materials to third parties.

3. Data Retention

We store project records and invoice history to facilitate reorders and warranty support. You may request deletion or export of your client records at any time by contacting hello@qwck.co.ke.
