Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all creative commissions, print production runs, merchandise manufacturing, and event production services provided by QWCK.

1. Proof Approval

Full production commences only after digital or physical pre-press proof signoff. The client is responsible for reviewing copy, spelling, geometry, and layout prior to signoff. Once signed off, changes may incur additional plate or substrate fees.

2. Color Calibration & Tolerances

Due to inherent differences between RGB monitors and physical CMYK / Pantone inks across varied substrates (paper, canvas, polyester, vinyl), minor perceptual variations within industry-standard Delta-E tolerances are normal.

3. Production Schedules & Force Majeure

Estimated lead times commence upon proof approval and deposit settlement. QWCK is not liable for delivery delays resulting from third-party logistics disruptions, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

4. Payment Terms

Standard orders require a 50% commitment deposit prior to procurement and manufacturing, with the remaining balance due upon delivery and inspection, unless credit terms have been formally executed.
