Nairobi Children Climate Summit: Identity, Lanyards & Delegate System
The Challenge
The organizers required a turnkey credentialing and delegate management solution for over 850 youth climate delegates, facilitators, and VIP dignitaries. Deliverables needed to align with strict zero-single-use-plastic environmental guidelines, survive high-wear interactive workshops, and feature individually personalized typography for swift on-site registration verification.
The Approach & Production
QWCK designed and produced eco-friendly woven grosgrain and recycled polyester lanyards in signature leaf-green with quick-release safety buckles. Delegate passes were printed on 400gsm sustainably certified heavy artboard with vegetable-based inks, housed in biodegradable pouches with personalized NFC-compatible barcodes and attendee names. Custom stage signage and registration wayfinding completed the package.
The Impact & Result
Flawless check-in flow with zero bottleneck queues across the 3-day summit at Koyaro Centre, Kibera. Commended by international observers for sustainable materials execution and durable, keepsake-grade credentials.
